Qualification :  Graduation pass

1.Candidate must  have possessed a Degree of B.A/B.Sc. or  equivalent thereto  from a recognised University.

2. The Candidate will have to qualify the test of taking dictation in English Shorthand at the  speed of 80 W.P.M. and transcribe the same on computer by typing at speed of 20 W.P.M. and having proficiency in the computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).

Age (as on 01-01-2025)  : 

18-37  (General), 18-42(BC/SC of Punjab), 18-47 (PwBD GENERAL), PwBD OBC/SC - as per govt rules

For Ex-servicemen as per govt. Rules
